Pennzoil ® Automatic Transmission Fluid
Pennzoil® Automatic Transmission Fluid is a petroleum-based fluid for automatic and powershift transmissions. It meets the requirements of transmissions requiring DEXRON®-III MERCON® fluids. In addition, Pennzoil® Automatic Transmission Fluid is an approved Allison C-4 fluid and is qualified as a Caterpillar TO-2 lubricant. Not for use in 2006 and later GM vehicles or 2007 and later Ford vehicles.
Benefits:
Formulated specially for anti-shudder by allowing electronically controlled torque converter clutches to operate properly. With a high viscosity index that helps the fluid flow at low temperatures but not thin too much at high temperatures, this fluid assures rapid flow throughout the transmission and helps prevent wear on moving parts.

Pennzoil ® Synchromesh Manual Transmission Fluid
Pennzoil® Synchromesh Fluid is a synchromesh transmission fluid designed for certain manual transaxles and manual transmissions used by General Motors or Chrysler. Pennzoil® Synchromesh Fluid is formulated with high-quality paraffinic base stocks, a fluidity modifier, multifunctional performance additives, corrosion inhibitors, a foam suppressor and a shear stable viscosity index improver additive. It provides excellent oxidation stability, low-temperature performance, excellent synchronizer performance and compatibility with yellow metals, such as bronze, brass and copper components found in manual transaxles and transmissions. This product will satisfactorily lubricate General Motors or Chrysler manual transaxles and transmissions from -40°C to +150°C.

Pennzoil ® Synthetic Gear Oils
Pennzoil® Synthetic Gear Oils are available in SAE 75W-90 viscosity grades of either API GL-4 or API GL-5 service classifications. Specially formulated with synthetic base stocks to meet the requirements that today’s cars, minivans, SUVs and light-duty trucks encounter in normal and severe driving conditions.
The synthetic base stocks used in Pennzoil® Synthetic gear lubricants provide better protection than low- and high temperature conventional mineral-oil base stocks. They offer protection over a wide temperature range. The API GL-5 product is specially suitable for use in limited-slip differentials.
Pennzoil® Synthetic 75W-140 GL-5
Pennzoil® Synthetic 75W-140 GL-5 Gear Lubricant combines a premium performance gear oil additive package with a high quality synthetic base stock. The result is a gear oil that provides excellent fluidity for safe lubrication of gears and axles during very low temperatures and also maintains a thick protective oil film during extremely hot operating conditions.
Pennzoil® Synthetic 75W-140 GL-5 is formulated with all the performance additives necessary for outstanding protection of gears and bearings. It contains extreme pressure agents that protect against shock loading and wear. Foam inhibitors protect against oil aeration, which can rupture the lubricant film and cause wear due to lack of lubrication. Special rust inhibitors are incorporated into Pennzoil® Synthetic 75W-140 GL-5 to protect against corrosion that can result from condensation. Oxidation inhibitors are included to further enhance this synthetic oil's inherent oxidation stability, resulting in a lubricant with exceptionally long-service life and excellent resistance to deposit formation during high temperature operation.
Pennzoil® Synthetic 75W-140 GL-5 meets all the requirements of API Service Classification GL-5.
Application:
Pennzoil® Synthetic 75W-140 GL-5 Gear Lubricant is designed primarily for the lubrication of differentials and manual transmissions requiring an API GL-5 gear lubricant. It can be used in limited slip and conventional differentials found in passenger cars, light trucks, sport utility vehicles and vans. It continues to flow at very low temperatures, providing especially good protection for gears and bearings in extreme cold weather. It also provides excellent service in torrid climates by not thinning at high temperatures, thereby maintaining a full film of protective lubricant on gear teeth. In hot running gear boxes, it allows longer service due to the excellent stability of the synthetic base stocks used in the product. Pennzoil® Synthetic 75W-140 GL-5 is specially formulated for today’s stringent demands of everyday stop-and-go driving and towing applications.
Pennzoil® Synthetic 75W-140 GL-5 is suitable for use in both limited slip and conventional differentials. It may be used for makeup or complete refill of limited slip differentials, including rebuilt units.
Passenger car or truck manual transmissions experiencing difficult shifting during cold weather while using conventional mineral-based GL-5 oils, will typically find easier shifting characteristics when using Pennzoil® Synthetic 75W-140 GL-5.

Just as the trucking industry has changed, gear lubricants have changed. Pennzoil® Long-Life® Extended Warranty Gear Oils are formulated with state-of-the-art performance additives to meet today’s challenges of heavier loads, higher temperatures and extended drain intervals. These lubricants have earned Dana Corporation’s SHAES-256 Rev. C approval for extended warranty drive axles operating on 500,000-mile drains and 750,000-mile extended warranty. As such, they will be found on the list of SHAES-256 Rev. C “Approved Lubricants for Extended Warranties,” providing protection under the Roadranger® 750,000-mile extended warranty program with 500,000-mile oil drain intervals. Pennzoil® Long-Life® Extended Warranty Gear Oils have also received approval under the ArvinMeritor (formerly Rockwell) O76-N “Extended Drain Hypoid Lubricants” specification, allowing their use at 500,000-mile drain intervals in ArvinMeritor truck axles equipped with pump and filtration systems. Pennzoil® Long-Life® Extended Warranty Gear Oils have also received Mack Trucks, Inc. GO-J and MIL-PRF-2105E approvals.
The additive technology in Pennzoil® Long-Life® Extended Warranty Gear Oils provides outstanding protection of gears, bearings and differentials in heavy duty axles from damage due to wear and shock loading. It is especially good at resisting spalling. The frictional properties of Pennzoil® Long-Life® Extended Warranty Gear Oils provide for excellent power divider operation for optimum wheel performance—a feature that is especially important in heavy duty off-road axle operation. And the additives in Pennzoil® Long-Life® Extended Warranty Gear Oils are highly stable, will not separate, and maintain their effectiveness in the presence of heat, as well as when exposed to water from rain, snow or truck washes.
Pennzoil® Long-Life® Extended Warranty Gear Oils are specially engineered to deliver outstanding cold-weather performance. This feature helps guard against wear during cold-temperature start-ups. Pennzoil® Long-Life® Extended Warranty Gear Oils effectively inhibit oxidation and resist the effects of heat. They meet API MT-1 requirements and provide the latest in “Clean Gear” performance. These attributes help reduce the loss of lubricant due to seal degradation, as these gear oils are less likely to form harmful, abrasive deposits.
Application:
Pennzoil® Long-Life® Extended Warranty Gear Oils are formulated for use in universal duty hypoid or spiral bevel gear truck differentials of over-the-road truck fleets, as well as in off-road vehicle axles. These lubricants exceed all performance requirements of Dana SHAES-256 REV. C, ArvinMeritor O76-N, Mack GO-J Plus, API GL-5, MT-1 and MIL-PRF-2105E/SAE J2360 specifications. Pennzoil® Long-Life® Extended Warranty Gear Oils can be used in Dana® Spicer® drive axles for extended drain intervals of 500,000 miles and satisfy the requirements of the 750,000-mile warranty. In ArvinMeritor axles equipped with pumps and filter for extended drain intervals of 500,000 miles, and in Mack axles operating on extended drain intervals.
Pennzoil® Long-Life® Extended Warranty Gear Oils are available in SAE grades 75W-90 and 80W-140 and can be used wherever an API GL-5 SAE grade 75W-90, 80W-140, 75W, 80W, 90 or 140 gear lube is recommended. It is worth noting that Eaton and ZFMeritor do not allow the use of API GL-5, MT-1 gear oils in their heavy duty transmissions. It should also be noted that most axle oils are not compatible with transmission fluids. Mixing of the two lubricants should be avoided as it may result in incompatibility and additive separation.

Pennzoil ATF+4
Pennzoil® ATF+4® is an automatic transmission fluid designed specifically for automatic transmissions and transaxles used in Chrysler vehicles. It is fully compatible with Pennzoil® 7176 ATF. It is manufactured with specially selected friction modifiers, highly refined base oils and a shear stable viscosity index improver. Pennzoil® ATF+4®* has excellent oxidation and thermal stability for long mileage component protection.

Developed with specially selected friction modifiers and a highly refined base oil to meet the demanding friction requirements of automatic transmissions and transaxles. Compatible with and recommended where ATF+, ATF+2 or ATF+4® fluid was previously recommended. Pennzoil ® DEXRON® VI ATF
Pennzoil® DEXRON® VI ATF - VI Automatic Transmission Fluid is an exceptional automatic transmission fluid approved by General Motors for use in vehicles with automatic transmissions. It is specially formulated to provide twice the service life of a DEXRON®-III (H) ATF and offers enhanced performance for both new and older transmissions. Pennzoil® Type F ATF is a specially compounded fluid for certain automatic transmissions and transaxles. It is formulated with high quality mineral oil and performance additives to exceed the requirements of Ford Motor Company specification WSS-M2C33-F.

Specially formulated for use in certain older Ford models and other vehicles. Recommended for use wherever Type F fluid is required, and also recommended for use in power-steering units of certain Ford models. Check owner’s manual for exact specifications.

Pennzoil® Gearplus® SAE 80W-90 GL-5
Pennzoil® Gearplus® SAE 80W-90 GL-5 is a specially formulated gear oil designed to withstand the demands of today's stop-and-go driving. Recommended by Pennzoil® for use in hypoid or spiral bevel gear differentials and industrial gear units where API Service GL-5 and SAE 80W or 80W-90 viscosity grades are specified. Especially suited for limited-slip differentials as make-up or refill fluid, and is an excellent replacement fluid for rebuilt limited-slip.
